Branch of Latgale of the Art Academy of Latvia offers Bachelor’s degree programmes in painting, graphic art and sculpture.

The Branch of Latgale was established in the early 1990s in order to provide academic training to textile artists and art pedagogues working in the Latgale region. However, over time the situation has changed and the Branch attracts students from all over Latvia and graduates work both in Riga, Latgale region and elsewhere. The Branch has developed its own traditions and teaching methods that ensure high quality studies and growing popularity among prospective students.

The Branch of Latgale is located in the city of Rēzekne, 34a Baznīcas Street.
